2707 Robinwood was home to Seymour Hoff according to the 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories.  Mr. Hoff was the secretary of the Ohio Savings Bank & Trust Company.  Frederick Leonhardt was the resident in 1935.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 458.  Mr. Leonhardt's wife was Eva (courtad) Leonhardt.  Their daughter Dorothy lived with them here in 1935.
