The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Lewis Mauk as the resident of 2912 Robinwood.  Mr. Mauk was the secretary of the Chain Stay Fence Company. The December14, 1908 issue of the Toledo News-Bee listed the sale of 2912, the home of the late Frank Hale,   The 1910 directory listed William Rife, a carpenter, as the occupant of this home.  !918's listing was for Abraham McLuckie, an assembler.  Henry McLuckie, a metal worker, and Olin McLuckie, Ross McLuckie,and Charles McLuckie, all tinners, boarded here according to both the 1918 and 1921 directories. Mary McLuckie was listed as a roomer in 1918.  Kenneth McLuckie was listed as a student in 1921.
