2739 Robinwood was constructed in 1912 by the Whelan & Beck Realty Company for the sum of $3.000.  It was home to Nathan Ball according to the 1918 and the 1921 city directories.  Mr. Ball was the 2nd vice-president of the Hettrick Manufacturing Company.
