The 1911 Polk City Directory had no address listed for 2740 Robinwood while the 1912 directory listed that address as vacant.  Theodore Kelleher was the resident of 2740 Robinwood according to the 1918 city directory.  Mr. Kelleher was a traveling agent (salesman).  The 1921 directory listed Frederick Neuhausel, the building supervisor for the Neuhausel Brothers Company.
