The bungalow at 2712 Scottwood still stands in 2011.  Louis Stickney, a bookkeeper with the Ohio Savings Bank & Trust Company was the resident in 1910 and 1911 according to the Polk City Directory.  His mother Olive, widow of Warren, also lived in the home.  Then in 1912, the resident was George Allen who was a paint and wallpaper dealer.  The 1918 and 1921 resident was Joseph Uhl, the secretary and treasurer of the Toledo Metal Furniture Company.
