2715 Scottwood was a vacant address according to the 1911 city directory.  William Githens was listed in  the 1912, 1918 and the 1921 Polk city directories as the resident at 2715 Scottwood.  Mr. Githens was the manager of the Prudential Insurance Company with his office at 427 Nicholas Building.
