This home is at 3138 Scottwood Avenue, just north of Central Avenue.  In 1910, it was home to Alexander Gould, a traveling agent (salesman).  The 1911 directory listed the American Book Sales Company as being located here.  Mrs. A. Robinson lived here in 1912.  The 1918 Polk City Directory lsited Albert Naber as the resident along Joseph Naber.  Joseph Naber's business was shoemaking and repairing with his store located at 2222 Ashland Avenue.  Other members of the Naber family included Edith, Cecilia, Agnes, Martha, Frances, and Wilhelmina.
