This address was vacant in 1911.  The 1912 Polk City Directory listed the occupants as Herman Loos, a foreman at Adam Loos which made boilers, at 2919 Scottwood and William Mettler at 2921 Scottwood.  In 1918, 2921 Scottwood was home to Fred Tomlinson, the secretary of the Toledo Real Estate Board.  The 1921 directory listed "with Reuben Realty" for his occupation.
