2915 Scottwood was home to Albert Woodard for many years.  His name appeared in the 1910 as well as the 1921 Polk City Directory as having lived here.  The 1910 directory listed his occupation as draftsman for the Eckhardt Monumental Company while the 1921 directory listed his career as architect.
