The 1911 city directory listed the Grieshaber family as the occupants of 3001 Scottwood Avenue.  Matthew Grieshaber was a contractor whose office was located in this home.  Ernest Grieshaber, a clerk with the Sun Company, boarded here along with Authur Grieshaber, a clerk with Huston & Company, who was also a boarder.  Both the 1918 and the 1921 Polk city dircectories listed Robert Cooper, an engineer, as the resident of 3001 Scottwood Avenue.  Clarence Cooper who was a student in 1918 roomed in this home.
