John Duffy, a machinist, lived at 3009 Scottwood according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  His name also appeared at his address in 1921.  Mary Duffy roomed here.  The 1912 Polk City Directory also listed Mrs. Katherine Mikesell, the widow of John Mikesell, as a resident here.
