24 Bronson Place

Not even listed in the 1910 directory, listed as vacant in 1911, the home at 24 Bronson Place was the residence of Ohio-born Walter Longenecker by the time the 1912 Polk City Directory was published.  Mr. Longenecker was the auditor with the Toledo Pipe Threading Machine Company.  His wife was Agnes Longenecker.  Durban Longenecker, an assistant manager, roomed here according to the 1924 directory.  The 1910 Census revealed that Mr. Longenecker's sister Elizabeth Bertler also lived with the family.
