Issues of the Toledo News Bee such as the October 1 and September 24 of 1910 editions advertised the sale of 2137 Robinwood Avenue. The owner intended to move to California. The house was described as a fine modern house with hardwood floors downstairs, a parlor and dining room, large living room, five bedrooms, sewing room, smoking room, kitchen and a summer kitchen. Additionally the house featured an up-ground California cellar with a fine Brunswick & Balke refrigerator and built-in cabinets. By April 3, 1912 the house was offered for rent. | |||||
