A drawing of 2233 Robinwood Avenue appeared in the book, Art Work of Toledo, Ohio 1895. Built in 1892 at the cost of $30,000, it was home to grain dealer Frederick Paddock and his family. The garage was designed by the architectural firm of Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman and permit # 2271 was granted for its construction in 1917. Later, the house was sold to William and Cora (Crim) Carr.
