2475 Collingwood
 
2475 Collingwood, built in 1889, was home to Theodore Beckmann according to the 1891, 1900 and 1912 city directories.  Mr. Beckmann was the secretary and treasurer of the Lenk Wine Company and addtionally by 1910 the secretary of the L. Beckmann Company.  Harry Beckmann boarded here in 1910.   Mary Beckmann, his widow, still lived here in 1918.  The 1921 city directory listed the Malone & Rafter Funeral Home.  The propriotors were Charles Malone and Alphonse Rafter.  Peter Partland lived here in 1921.
