2805 Collingwood
 
2805 Collingwood first appeared in the 1912 Polk City Directory.  It was the residence of Franklin Baird according to the 1912-1918 city directories. Mr. Baird was a state bank inspector. His wife was Mary Baird. Edward Baird who boarded here in 1912 was a clerk with the Bostwick-Braun Company.  Clerk Paul Baird also boarded here in 1912.  Lewis Gifford lived here in 1921 and was the secretary and treasurer of the Oakland Coal Company.  Alice Barbarick was the live-in domestic in 1921.
