Now demolished, 2247 Collingwood was the home of pioneer auto parts manufacturer Thomas W. Warner Jr. and his wife Nettie between 1914 and 1925, having moved to this mansion from #2 Harold Arms Terrace
Warner was the President and General Manager of the Warner Manufacturing Company. His company, which had been making gears and a vertical two-cylinder engine since 1901, was acquired by the Chevrolet Company of New York in 1916.
