Contractor Nathaniel Heffelbower constructed this "elegant new residence" at 2720 Glenwood on lot 66 Collingwood Addition. A sketch of the house appeared in the11/14/08 issue of the Toledo News Bee along with a $4,500 asking price. The 1910 and 1911 Polk city directories listed Elihu Bell as an early resident while the 1912 listed the occupant as Robert Stewart. Mr. Stewart was the assistant superintendent of the Warner Manufacturing Company. The 1918 directory showed that Frederick Davis, a salesman, lived at this address. | |||||
