Contractor Nathaniel Heffelbower built 2716 Glenwood on lot 67 Collingwood Addition. According to the 1910 Polk City Directory, Victor Clemens, a stenographer, occupied this house. Harry Selleck, a foreman at the Toledo Machine & Tool Company, lived here in 1911. The 1912 and the 1918 directory showed that Albert Ruedy of Ruedy Meats lived here. | |||||
