2724 Glenwood
 

The October 10, 1910 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement for the sale of 2724 Glenwood, constructed by Nathaniel Heffelbower of 2716 Scottwood on lot 65 Collingwood Addition. The price was $4,500.  The residence featured a large craftsman living room with a built-in bookcase.  It would become home to Henry Beltz, a tailor whose shop was located at 2675 Monroe, in 1911.  Edwin Hayden of the Miller-Hayden Company in 1918, while the Roy Packard family occupied the house in 1921.
