2721 Glenwood

Nathaniel Heffelbower was the contractor who built 2721 Glenwood on lot 69 Collingwood Addition.  The 1910 and 1911 Polk city directory revealed that the resident was Harrison Robinson, the general manger of the New Era Paint & Varnish Company.  James Ferguson lived here in 1912.  Mr. Ferguson was a civil engineer with the Toledo Bridge & Crane Company.  The 1918 directory shows that the occupant was Stacey McNary, an assistant cashier at First National Bank.  Mr. McNary had lived at 2640 Glenwood in 1912.
