Edward Davidson, the district passenger agent for the Hicking Valley Railroad, was listed by the 1900 Polk City Directory as the resident of 2460 Glenwood Avenue. The 1910 directory listed Frank Stough of the Toledo Times, while the 1918 directory listed Charles McNulty, the manager of the Kobacker Furniture Company, as the occupants. The 1921 city directory listed J. Leo Showel of the Birkmayr-Rodemich-Showel Company. Mr. Showel's biography appeared in Maumee Valley, Toledo and the Sandusky Region Vol. 4 on page 468. His wife was Ann (Diedrich) Showel. | |||||
