2507 Glenwood
 
2507 Glenwood was built in 1907 according to the Lucas County Auditor's records and home to John Weber according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  He was the president of the Marine Boiler Works Company.  The 1918 directory listed Loren Wilson, the manager of the National Malleable Casting Company while the 1921 directory listed William Medaris, the vice-president of the C. F. Medaris Company which specialized in insurance with an office in the Gardner Building.
