626 Baldwin Place
 
626 Kent Place was home to Jacob Betz according to the 1910 Census.  It was constructed as a duplex on lot #10 in the Hamilton's Extension of Baldwin Heights.  Mr. Betz owned at saloon at 441 St. Clair.  His wife was Christina Betz.  The 1921 directory listed Hartwill Greening, a superintendent with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.  His wife Frances Greening and his mother Mary Greening lived here according to the 1920 Census.
