532 Collins was home to Floyd Dewey according to the 1911 city directory.  Mr. Dewey was a travel agent (salesman) with the Bostwick-Braun Company.  The 1918 directory listed Edmund Froehlich, a laywer, while the 1921 and 1924 directories listed Charles Armstrong, a salesman, as the resident of this home.  By 1924 he sold advertising novelites from his office in the Nicholas Building.  Carrie Armstong was his wife.
