338 Kenilworth-Edward Brainard Home
 

The 1900 Polk City Directory listed John Leppelman as the resident of 338 Kenilworth.  Mr. Leppelman was then the secretary of the Consolidated Pump Company.  Katherine Rozanski was the family's live-in domestic.  Edward Brainard family lived at 338 Kenilworth in 1910. He was the manager of the American Linseed Company.  The 1921 directory listed Margaret Malone, the widow of Joseph Malone, and roomer John Malone, a salesman.  This photograph dates from 1901.
