Here is a 1981 view of 2918 Rockwood Place (Parkwood Place). It was home to the Otto Kopitke family while his construction company built Scott High School. Rockwood Place runs parallel to and midway between Parkwood and Scottwood avenues north of Collins Street. The 1921 city directory listed Herman Weil as the resident of this home. Mr. Weil was the secretary of the Home Furniture Company. Anna Durbin, the widow of Dickenson Durbin, lived here in 1924. | |||||
