Williams & Palmer listed your choice of two new houses "cheap" in the June 30, 1910 issue of the Toledo News-Bee. The new houses were located at 2912 and 2916 Parkwood Place. Keys were available opposite at 2907 Parkwood Place. The 1911 Polk City Directory listed Ralph Chapman as the resident of 2916 Parkwood Place which by his occupancy in 1918 was renamed 2916 Rockwood Place. Mr. Chapman was with the Willys-Overland Company. The 1921 and 1924 city directories listed Jacob Steinman, a tailor at 211 St. Clair, as the occupant of this home. His wife was Sarah Steinman. | |||||
