609 Stratford Place
 
609 Stratford Place was constructed by builder Frank Gribbs in 1911 for the cost of $5,000.  Cloyd Hass was the resident of record according to the 1913 and 1918 city directories.  Mr. Hass was the general manager of the Hull Brothers Umbrella Company.  William Couldwell was the occupant next according to the 1921 and 1924  records.  Mr. Couldwell was a funeral director.  His business was located at 2145 Jefferson.  His wife was Mary Couldwell.
