631 Stratford Place
 
The Western Construction Company constructed 631 Stratford Place in 1910 at a cost of $4,000.  Its first resident was Jack Weil who sold wholesale produce.  The 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories listed Harry Nichols, a lawyer with an office in the Nicholas Building.  No wife was listed in the 1924 directory.
