114 Winthrop
 
114 Winthrop was home to James Murphy, a bookkeeper with the Ohio Savings Bank & Trust Company, according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  Rudolph Speil, a music teacher who taught from home, lived here according to the 1918 and 1921 directories.  The 1921 directory also listed Rudolph M. Speil as a traveling agent (salesman) who roomed here.
