329 Winthrop was home to William Wedertz, the vice-president of the Security Savings Bank & Trust Company.  Loise Wedertz of this address died June 27, 1918 at the age of 78.  The 1921 city directory listed George Sellars, a salesman, as the occupant of this home.  Also living here in 1921 was Dudley Sellars, the assistant credit manager of the Owens Bottle Company.
