The 1907, 1910, 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories listed Frederick Mayer as the resident of 350 Winthrop.  Mr. Mayer was with the J. F. Zahm & Company.  Dorothy Mayer roomed here according to the 1900 and 1918 city directories.  Ella Mayer was a roomer in 1918.
