404 Winthrop
 
James Cummins of the R. H. Lane Company lived at 404 Winthrop according to the 1900 Polk City Directory.  The 1900 directory also listed Louise Corlett, a teacher at the Erie School, as a boarder.  Mary Kotcherosky was liste as their live-in cook.  The 1910 city directory listed Charles Bradbury, a conductor, and Edward Kerlin, the secretary of the Kerlin Brothers, while the 1918 and 1921 directories listed the occupant as Jennie Church, the widow of William Church.
