The Historic Old West End in Toledo, Ohio

 

The 1907, 1910, 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories all listed the occupant of 414 Winthrop as Frank Hafer.  In 1907 Mr. Hafer was the treasurer of the Milburn Wagon Company.  By 1918 his occupation was the vice-president, treasurer and general manager of the Zahner Brothers Packing Company.
