The Historic Old West End in Toledo, Ohio

 

The 1907, 1910, 1918 and 1921 city directories listed the resident of 418 Winthrop as William Donovan, who in 1907 was listed as the auditor of the Libbey Glass Company and by 1918 became the 1st. vice-president of the Market Savings Bank and assistant treasurer of the Libbey Glass Company.  By 1921 Mr. Donovan was the vice-president and treasurer of the Libbey Glass Manufacturing Company.  William Donovan Jr. who was a student in 1921 roomed here.
