426 Winthrop
 
The Williston, 426 Winthrop, was a seven-unit flat which still stands, although in disrepair, in 2011.  The Williston first appeared in the 1912 Polk City Directory.  In 1912 it was home to: Dwight Petterson, #1; Frederick Lipe, #2; Mrs. Elizah Waite, #3; Michael Owens, #4 and #8; #5 was vacant; Marion Newcomer, #6; and #7 was vacant. ( Sadly the Williston was demolished on December 13. 2011.)
