The Historic Old West End in Toledo, Ohio

Architectural plans for the design of this duplex were commissioned in 1914 by E. M. Groenwald through the firm of Mills, Rhines, Bellman and Nordhoff.  Various interior and exterior details as well as all four sides of the structure are shown in the plans numbered 1958.
