2449 Parkwood
 
2449 Parkwood was built around 1911.  The address first appeared in the 1912 city directory.  Leland Kent of the Kent, Turner Mantel & Tile Company, was the occupant in 1912.  The 1918 city directory listed Cortez Ellis, a clerk at R M S, as the resident of this house.  The 1921 directory listed Norman Cornell, the manager of Meeker & Company, as the occupant with Bertha Whitener (Whiyener) as a roomer.  The other unit was home to Leland Kent of the Kent-Turner Mantel & Tile Company located at 438 Huron in 1918.
