2831 Parkwood

Constructed in 1922, the house at 2831 Parkwood was home in 1924 to J. Proctor Coates who developed the area near this home.  Mr. Coates was in the real estate development business.  Proctor Place is likely his namesake as he lived at #17 Proctor Place in 1918.  George B. Rheinfrank , an architect in Toledo, drew the architectural plans commissioned by Mr. Coates. All four elevations of the house plans can be found online.
