2104 Parkwood-James Robison-Stranahan Home
 

The James Robison home, 2104 Parkwood, is located at the northeast corner of Floyd street but you wouldn't recognize it now. Permit # 2355 was granted for its alteration in 1918.  The third floor dormer windows and roofline remain but the rest of the front facade was remodeled which included removal of the porch.  This mansion was built in 1892 for the sum of $14,000.  The Robison family employed Mary Sauer as a live-in domestic in 1896, while Clara Kline served the family in 1910. along with Ida Turney, the cook.
