2118 Robinwood was home to Theodore Goodsell, president, and Schuyler Baker of the Goodsell Manufacturing Company in 1896.  In 1900 Mary Hayes was the home's live-in domestic.  According to the April 29, 1909 issue of the Toledo News-Bee, the 12-room house with Yaryan heat was listed for sale at a cost of $6,500 by the Charles Fox Realty Company.  The current owner had left the city.  The original cost to build was listed as $7,500.  Chester Sargent, an advertising agent, lived here in 1910.  By 1918, the home was a duplex.  One unit had Roy Blair of Blair Realty as the occupant while the other unit was home to Walter Snyder of the Citizens Securities Company.
