2223 Robinwood-Reynolds Kinkade Home

This 1893 mansion at 2223 Robinwood Avenue was built for Reynolds Kinkade.  Judge Kinkade officiated through decades as judge of Common Pleas, Circuit, and Court of Appeals.  This home has changed little over the years since this 1895 photo, and its carriage house still remains.  According to the 1896 Polk City Directory, Lucy Laumann served as the live-in domestic to the family.
