2730 Scottwood
 

Permit 1070 was issued by the city on December 21, 1908 for the construction of a house valued at $4,000 on lot 32 Collingwood Addition to be known as 2730 Scottwood.  Another permit (8589) was granted on April 30, 1913 to alter the porch and build a garage, a $400 value.  Albert Eisenhart, a cigar manufacturer at 735 Summit, was the occupant according to the 1911 city directory.  Ruth Eisnehart boarded here.  The 1913 Polk City Directory revealed that George Lutz was the resident.  Research courtesy of Douglas Forsyth.
