2552 Scottwood
 

2552 Scottwood was constructed in 1906 by contractor George Lathrop for $3500.  It was home to Mary Urschel, the widow of John Urschel, according to the 1911 city directory.   Edward Lauer lived here in 1918.  Mr. Lauer was a tailor with the Lauer Brothers located at 319 Huron.  Catherine Gavin, the widow of Francis Gavin, roomed here that same year.
