2129 Scottwood
 
2129 Scottwood was contructed around 1895.  Its first resident was Charles Pickard, the manager of R. G. Dun & Company who had previously lived at 2230  Monroe according to the 1896 directory.  The July 20, 1904 issue of the Toledo News Bee listed an advertisement by a resident of this home selling a horse described as a handsome bay.  The 1910 directory listed Irving Squire, the president of the Squire-Cooley Company and the Cooley Drug Company.  Louis Dery, the secretary and treasurer of the Toledo Building, lived here in 1921.
