7 Bronson Place-Karl Flickinger Home
 
The 1907 through1918 Polk City Directories listed Karl Flickinger as the resident of 7 Bronson Place. Mr. Flinkinger sold real estate, first from 401 Gardner Building and then 505 National Union Building.  By 1918 had moved his office to 607-08 Gardner Building.  His wife was Martha and their sons were Frederick and James.  The 1910 Census also listed his widowed mother-in law Mary Rodgers as a resident. The Flickingers still lived at this address in 1921.  By 1924 David Pinkerton and his wife Jeanette Pickerton were the residents of this home.
