20 Bronson Place
 
According to the 1907 and 1910 Polk city directories, Edward Wean lived at 20 Bronson Place.  Mr. Wean was the manager of the Empire Lumber Company.  20 Bronson Place was vacant according to the 1911 city directory.  The 1912 through 1921 directories listed Frank Harrison as its occupant.  Mr. Harrison sold real estate from his office at 634 Spitzer Building.  By 1924 the resident was W. Hoy Swetland and 20 1/2 was the home to Leroy Geller.  Mr. Swetland was the owned Swetland Coal Company.  His wife was Harriet Swetland.  Mr. Geller and his wife Myrtle lived in one unit. He was the vice-president of the Leonhardt-Geller Motor Sales Company.
