A story in the July 13, 1913 issue of the Toledo News Bee stated that the property owners in Bronson Place addition had incorporated the Bronson Place Company to hold in trust the central portion of the addition as a park for the benefit of residents there.  Each owner would transfer his title to an undivided interest in this part of Bronson Place to the Company.  Each owner would be entitled to one $100 share per lot.
