Langdon & Hohly designed this 1916 home for Adolph and Albertina (Burbott) Schlett. The house costs $8,750 and the garage built in 1917 costs $1,000. The builder was Jackson & Son. The Germany-born Mr. Schlett's biography and photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 590. Millie Habel, age 25, was their family live-in servant according to the 1920 Census.
